Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if any) are mentioned during checkout.
We often offer free shipping on selected products or during promotions.

4. Tracking Details:
Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent via SMS/email.

🔄 Exchange & Replacement Policy

We ensure that every product goes through a quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

You must inform us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
Requests raised after 3 days may not be eligible.

4. Exchange Process:

Our team will verify the issue and arrange pickup if applicable.
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after verification.

Please note that we do not offer refunds once the printer is delivered, unless the product is proven to be non-functional and cannot be replaced. We strongly recommend checking the product description and compatibility before ordering.
