4. Payment & Subscription

• Some features are offered for free, while others require a paid subscription
• All fees are clearly stated on the pricing page and are subject to applicable taxes
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled
• By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees
• Refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Use of the Service

• To use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Not to upload or distribute harmful or illegal content
• Not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
